We are seeking a self-motivated Workday Administrator to support and maintain HRIS systems, including Workday and ADP, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions and custom reports.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining HRIS systems, performing administrative functions like security and tenant configuration, testing solution implementations, and troubleshooting system issues.
Skills: Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience with Workday and ADP administration, knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience is preferred.
Location: Remote position based in Michigan, USA.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $90,000.
Position Purpose: A self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute and learn. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment; experience in configuring and supporting all aspects of HRIS systems, along with keen attention to detail and timing. The HRIS/Workday Administrator is responsible for the administration, and ongoing maintenance and support of the HR platforms while working collaboratively with stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the configuration and maintenance of HRIS systems, including by not limited to: Workday, ADP, Concur.
- Perform administrative functions which may include security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and support for integrations.
- Work closely with functional area subject matter experts and other stakeholders as needed to test and implement efficient solutions and business process workflows.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop custom reports that meet their needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Support feature release updates and enhancements, and communicate clearly to affected team members about changes that may impact them or their roles.
- Model best practice components of customer service.
Job Requirements/Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years' experience with Workday in an administration role.
- 1-2 years' experience with ADP in an administration role.
- Experience with ERP, CRM and Database's.
- Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, SDP, etc.).
- Ability to constantly prioritize as business needs change.
- Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations or other technology specific field
