Summary

The Senior Manager, Brand and Audience Marketing drives marketing strategies that align WGU's brand positioning with audience needs to expand awareness and increase applications. This leader stewards brand integrity while mentoring a team of marketers to deliver differentiated storytelling and measurable growth across priority segments.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a brand marketing team, develop audience-specific marketing plans, and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels (TV, OTT, radio, digital). Manage brand health tracking, oversee campaign analytics, develop seasonal and hero campaigns, and collaborate with media, creative, and analytics teams to drive intender and application growth.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing strategies, audience segmentation, campaign analytics, and brand health measurement. Exceptional strategic thinking, communication skills, and ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with 7+ years of marketing strategy experience and proven success managing large budgets. Experience in higher education marketing is preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States of America
Compensation: $101,000 – $181,800/year
