We are seeking a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist for the 25/26 school year to deliver telehealth services to school-aged children across several states, while leveraging technology for clinical care support.

Responsibilities: Provide speech language pathology services to children, collaborate with educators, participate in IEP and case management activities, and prepare progress reports as needed.

Skills: Must hold an active SLP license, have CCCs, and experience with technology and school settings; ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week is required.

Qualifications: Full-time U.S. resident, experience in pediatric therapy, experience with documentation and Medicaid billing is preferred.

Location: Remote work available from multiple states including AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY, with no required travel.

Compensation: $44 - $49 / Hourly

Compensation: This is a W2 employment opportunity. Exact compensation band for providers who reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY is $44-$49 an hour, with the opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in an invoicing period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to commit to15 hours per week 
• Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence in good standing
• Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
• Full-time resident of the United States
• Experience conducting therapy in a school setting, or with the pediatric population
• Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
• Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
• Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
• Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary
