Summary

Key Responsibilities: Provide speech language pathology services to school-based children, collaborate with educators in IEP and case management meetings, and prepare evaluation reports and progress notes. Document services according to company guidelines and complete Medicaid billing as needed.
Skills & Tools: Active SLP license with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency, proficiency with various technology platforms, and experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings. Strong documentation and communication skills required.
Qualifications: Full-time U.S. resident with an active, unrestricted SLP license in state of residence and current CCCs certification. Minimum 15 hours per week availability and experience conducting therapy in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred.
Location: Remote work available from United States (AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, WY). No travel required.
Compensation: $44.00 – $49.00/hour plus up to $250 monthly incentive (up to $3,000/year) for 60+ hours per invoicing period. W2 employment with benefits including health insurance, dental, disability coverage, 401k, and wellness programs.

We are currently hiring virtual Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY for the 25/26 school year!

Compensation: This is a W2 employment opportunity. Exact compensation band for providers who reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY is $44-$49 an hour, with the opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in an invoicing period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Able to commit to15 hours per week 
  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence in good standing
  • Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
  • Full-time resident of the United States
  • Experience conducting therapy in a school setting, or with the pediatric population
  • Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
  • Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
  • Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary
