About the Role

PLI is looking for an energetic, highly organized person centered candidate to serve as our next Office Manager. This candidate will be the heartbeat of our Austin office. You will keep the office running smoothly, support the President and senior leadership, and make PLI a place people love coming to every day. From stocking the snack bar to taking the stage at C-suite meetings, no two days will look the same.

Responsibilities

Keep the office fully stocked with food, drinks, snacks, and supplies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Assist the President with day-to-day needs including expenses, travel planning, and special projects.
Plan and coordinate recurring office events such as biweekly lunches and monthly socials (happy hours, activities, etc.).
Organize company-wide conferences and events across the country as needed.
Manage and maintain the company swag inventory for employees.
Collaborate with HR to onboard all new employees (set up workstations, accounts, and welcome packages).
Collect, scan, and route all incoming mail to the appropriate team members.
Set up and manage weekly Zoom meetings for the senior leadership team.
Serve as secretary for C-Team quarterly meetings, including travel to meeting locations and taking detailed notes.
Plan and execute PLI’s midyear and end-of-year company team meetings in Austin.
Become a public notary (PLI will cover all associated costs).
Support the team with other tasks as they arise.
