Job Description
- Support the CEO on strategic initiatives, including market expansion, partnerships, and operational improvements
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform business and growth decisions
- Identify and evaluate new partnership and business development opportunities, including market mapping and outreach support
- Assist in developing partnership materials, proposals, and executive-level presentations
- Support pipeline tracking and coordination for key partnership and growth initiatives
- Drive special projects across teams (Product, Operations, Finance, Sales) to support execution
- Analyze internal data to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Assist with investor materials, board decks, and internal communications
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Currently pursuing an MBA from a top-tier or accredited program
- 2β5 years of prior experience in consulting, startups, finance, product, operations, or business development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
