You will own the end-to-end performance of channels like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and emerging platforms.

You will drive campaign strategy, creative direction, audience targeting, budget allocation, test plans, and performance analysis. Ideal candidates have deep paid social experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of scaling direct-response campaigns efficiently.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Own channel budgets and forecasts. Ensure optimal spend pacing and alignment with company growth goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, data science, brand, and lifecycle teams to align growth strategies.
  • Channel Innovation: Evaluate and test emerging social platforms and features to stay ahead of market trends.

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing with a special focus on paid social.
  • Strong command of paid social platforms (especially Meta, Google and TikTok) and their respective ad managers.
  • Experience with creative performance analysis and scaling UGC/content-driven campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large acquisition budgets ($500K+/month).
  • Experience partnering on or briefing high-performing ad creatives.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Deep analytical skills; fluency in Excel/Sheets, and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase, Google Analytics).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth B2C, edtech, or ecommerce environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing.
  • Global/international performance marketing experience.
