The Director of Talent Insights & Analytics will lead data-driven strategies to enhance talent operations and decision-making at The College Board. This fully remote position focuses on developing executive dashboards and providing actionable insights that shape how leaders make people decisions.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytic and systems thinking abilities with technical proficiency in analytics tools. Exceptional executive communication skills and proven data storytelling and interpretation capabilities.
Qualifications: Over 8 years of experience in people analytics with a proven track record of effective data interpretation. Advanced degree preferred.
Location: New York
Compensation: $96K–$165K/yr
