Skills & Tools: 3+ years of ABM or demand generation experience with expertise in digital marketing channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and proficiency with ABM platforms and marketing automation tools. Strong written communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and experience working with global teams, preferably with SaaS offerings.
Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing or demand generation with proven track record of building campaigns targeting business decision makers. Experience with Demandbase, Salesforce, and digital marketing platforms required; familiarity with global team collaboration and SaaS marketing preferred.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to develop and execute global ABM strategies that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue for key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building campaigns and programs to reach business decision makers, experience with Demandbase, digital marketing and paid media channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global ABM strategies aligned with business objectives, which can be adapted for use at the regional level.
  • Create and implement personalized, multi-channel ABM campaigns across various channels, including email, social, digital ads, webinars, events, web, and direct mail.
  • Utilize tools such as Demandbase, Marketo, and Salesforce to implement, track, and analyze ABM activities, ensuring seamless reporting and analytics.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, continuously testing and adjusting demand tactics and strategies to improve results and maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to provide them with the necessary insights, tools, and personalized outreach sequences to effectively prospect and follow up on target accounts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing for B2B companies.
  • Experience with digital marketing and paid media channels, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
  • Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, marketing automation tools like Marketo, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated history developing and executing multi-channel ABM campaigns that directly drive pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Background in using intent data to inform targeting and ABM strategy and experience with data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strategic and tactical thinking, with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience working with a global team.
  • Experience with targeting senior leaders in L&D, HR, Data, and Tech personas in the business sector a plus.
  • Comfortable operating with clearly defined objectives, but undefined instruction and process.
  • Experience marketing a SaaS offering preferred.

Compensation:

Coursera offers competitive pay and equitable compensation practices. Our job titles may span more than one career level. This role's targeted hiring base salary range is between $105,000 and 131,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, and geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
