Summary
Mid Market Account Manager at 360Learning responsible for driving revenue growth and renewal rates within the mid-market customer base through proactive engagement and strategic account management. This role focuses on expanding footprint within existing clients while serving as a strategic advisor across multiple customer teams.
Skills & Tools: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in HRtech B2B SaaS environments with strong communication and analytical skills. Familiarity with learning solutions, LMS or LXP solutions preferred, and ability to tailor sales approaches to individual clients.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher required with enthusiasm for company culture. Preferred experience with LMS/LXP solutions and demonstrated success in enterprise sales environments.
Location: Remote-based in Canada with minimal travel required for client meetings and trade shows.
