Summary
The Senior Program Lead for Fellow Experience at Handshake designs, operates, and improves a dedicated cohort-based Fellow program in partnership with a leading AI lab. This foundational role shapes how customer-specific programs are structured, executed, and scaled while ensuring high-quality Fellow experiences.
Skills & Tools: Strong program management experience, excellent organizational and project coordination skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and a data-informed approach to decision-making. Requires executive presence, strong judgment, and the ability to operate with autonomy and influence without formal authority.
Qualifications: 5-7+ years of relevant experience in high-growth or early-stage environments with demonstrated success managing and scaling complex programs. Preferred background includes experience bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous objectives in fast-paced startup settings.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California, United States
Compensation: $145,000 – $200,000 / annually
