Summary

The Quoting Team Representative at KnowBe4 supports the sales process by preparing accurate quotes and proposals for the global leader in Human Risk Management. This role is essential to converting opportunities into customers for KnowBe4's AI-powered security solutions trusted by over 70,000 organizations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities: Generate accurate quotes and proposals for prospective clients, coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure quote accuracy and timely delivery, and maintain quote documentation and tracking systems.

Skills & Tools: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational abilities, proficiency with quoting software and CRM systems, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in a quoting, sales support, or similar customer-facing role preferred. Knowledge of software security or SaaS products is advantageous.

Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is R180,000 – R260,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

The Quoting Team Representative will ensure efficient delivery of high-quality quotes for direct and partner opportunities. This role will support the Account Executive, Channel Account Managers and Partner Account Managers by ensuring opportunities are quoted and routed as quickly as possible. In addition, this individual may be tasked with creating and sending out AWS Marketplace Private Offer/Selling Authorizations directly to Partners and customers. This role combines quote, order routing and AWS marketplace exposure in a fun and fast-paced environment, reporting to the Team Lead, Deal Operations & Global Quoting.

Responsibilities:

Quoting & Routing Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and competitive quotes
- Manage incoming requests for quotes from sales teams to provide accurate quotes to Channel Partners
- Create and send appropriate quotes to Channel Partners for each opportunity
- Create Private Offer/Selling Authorization contracts via AWS Marketplace Portal
- Execute post-sale admin and order routing forms
- Contribute to positive team culture promoting collaboration and customer-centricity
- Cross-train and help support Global quoting
- Log and monitor Quoting and Deal Routing Statistics on a daily basis
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Order Management and Business Development teams to ensure created quotes align with cross-functional policies and best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service to sales teams

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred
Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
Experience with AWS Marketplace, a plus
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to own extreme ownership principles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaborative and team work abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to develop cross-functional relationships
Handle stress with a positive, calm, and data-driven approach
