Job Description
A Renaissance Professional Learning Consultant will facilitate high quality professional learning to ensure stakeholders feel confident in taking next steps with their Renaissance solutions and assessments to drive student success. The Specialist will be focused on delivering services to promote best practices with Renaissance solutions. A successful candidate has experience with Renaissance solutions, has utilized data to inform instruction and is an experienced facilitator of professional learning, who understands how to work with educational stakeholders at the school, district, and state level. The successful candidate facilitates remote and onsite assignments throughout the year. Additionally, individual specialists are expected to grow professionally by participating in learning opportunities to strengthen knowledge, skills, and expertise.
In this role as a Field Education Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Develop expertise in Renaissance solutions and key concepts
- Deliver high-quality on-site and virtual professional learning
- Guide educators in using data to improve student outcomes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
- Tailor learning experiences to meet customer needs and context
- Lead special projects and internal initiatives
- Align solutions to state and district requirements
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Adapt communication and approach based on audience needs
- Participate in ongoing coaching, feedback, and skill development
Qualifications
For this role as a Field Education Consultant, you should have:
- 5+ years delivering professional development (K–12 preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 75% during peak seasons
- Strong consultative, facilitation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Nearpod
- Strong technical skills with presentation and virtual tools
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and application
- Experience using assessment tools to support differentiated instruction
- Maintain a professional presence in all interactions
Bonus Points:
- Successfully implementing Renaissance Solutions (Freckle, myON, Star 360, Accelerated Reader, myIGDI’s, Fastbridge, DnA, eduCLIMBER, Renaissance Analytics, Renaissance Fundamentals, or Nearpod)
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience with MTSS and AI
- Background knowledge in Foundational Literacy, Science of Reading, MTSS, Dual Language Programming, Social and Emotional Behavioral Assessments, and Data Analysis
Additional Information

Salary Range: $51,100.00 - $70,300.00. This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
