Summary

Order Data Integrity Analyst supporting Amplify Education's Outbound Fulfillment team to identify process inefficiencies, enhance data management, and drive improvements through automation and monitoring. This remote contractor role focuses on establishing metrics and enabling data-driven decisions to optimize physical fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities: Understand order fulfillment processes, identify and document inefficiencies, advocate for process improvements, and implement automation solutions. Design SLA/KPI monitoring dashboards, maintain process documentation, lead project initiatives, provide team training, and communicate solutions across stakeholders.
Skills & Tools: Analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities with sophisticated proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and think strategically.

The Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for supporting the Outbound Fulfillment team's data management goals, establishing process and quality metrics, and gathering data to support leadership with making informed decisions to drive system and process improvements that lead to physical fulfillment occurring in a timely manner meeting the customer’s expectations. The ideal candidate needs to be organized, detail-oriented, an independent thinker and have the ability to lead without authority. The Data Integrity Analyst will act as a liaison between the Outbound teams and others within the organization to help drive data and process changes. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Understand the processes within Order Fulfillment and Material Support 
  • Identify and document inefficiencies that the team is encountering
  • Advocate on behalf of the team for improvements to processes and data, driving in system solutions
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, such as, automating manual processes, optimize data delivery, re-design infrastructure allowing for repeatable, scalable, and reliable processes. 
  • Build and develop effective SLA / KPI monitoring dashboards which are proactive in nature.
  • Ensure process documentation is up to date, complete, and representative of what the team is doing 
  • Lead project initiatives as assigned and drive team to meet the timelines and expectations of the initiative
  • Be available as a resource for Order Fulfillment and Material Support to ask questions, give feedback, and foster skill development       
  • Assist in training team members and provide feedback to management on their work to encourage and promote best practices
  • Effectively communicate problems, solutions and strategies across teams and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Analytical, strategic and creative problem-solving skills
  • Sophisticated proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and manage multiple competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or other database systems

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this role is $26.00.
