Summary

Senior Revenue Operations Analyst responsible for managing end-to-end lifecycle marketing intelligence and reporting to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth across GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage insightful reports for sales and leadership, analyze data across sales funnels, visualize KPIs, and identify/implement processes to remove manual reporting needs. Present actionable recommendations to executive teams and manage additional GTM tools such as commission and KPI software.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools including Salesforce, Tableau, Google Sheets, and Excel; strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and ability to collaborate across departments to deliver scalable reporting solutions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, revenue operations, or FP&A focused on sales performance reporting. Working knowledge of sales processes, financial reporting, and ability to simplify complex data.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team This person is responsible for managing end-to-end lifecycle marketing intelligence, attribution, analysis and insights, to enable optimisations across marketing performance, budget spend, ROI, CAC, customer retention and growth resulting in our GTM’s teams ability to hit their pipeline goals, retention goals, and revenue growth goals 

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development and management of reports to provide insights to the sales team and leadership that drives results in pipeline, bookings, and accuracy.  
  • Achieves and maintains a thorough understanding of the sales processes and visualization tools 
  • Delivers concise, actionable recommendations based on the data sets across all aspects of the sales funnel and execution 
  • Present analysis to the sales executive team in a professional and easy to comprehend manner
  • Connect data from several different sources into one visualization
  • Reports on and visualizes KPIs for the business and reports them to leaders and teams weekly
  • Identifies, troubleshoots and implements processes to remove manual reporting needs that prevents sales from fully understanding where they stand against metrics, goals, and budgets. 
  • Create reports where most relevant depending on audience (CRM, BI, Googlesheet, Excel)
  • Create concise definitions around reporting terminology/variables and ensure accurate representation
  • Assists and manages additional GTM tools such as commission software, KPI softwares and other Sales tools 
  • Provides assistance in the reporting of commissions, SPIFs and other incentives 

Essential Criteria

  • 3+ years of experience (preferably in a B2B market) in sales or revenue operations, or history in FP&A, focused on sales performance reporting.   
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in revenue and CRM Platforms including but not limited to Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud, Gong, Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, and QuotaPath 
  • Evidence of collaborating with different departments, across different geographies to deliver standardized and scalable reporting solutions 
  • A working knowledge of sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and financial reportings and an ability to make the complex simple
