In close partnership with teams acrossCollegeBoard, Learning & Assessment leads innovation in assessment design, supportsequitablemeasurement practices, andprovidesanalytic insights that guide program strategy and impact. The division is committed to operational excellence, strategic alignment, and collaborative leadership to deliver assessments that uphold the organization’s mission and shape education globally.The Psychometrics and Assessment Design & Development Teams are two teams within Learning and Assessment thatrequirededicated executive administrative support.
About the Opportunity
As the ExecutiveAssistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice Presidents of Psychometrics and Assessment Design & Development, serving leaders who oversee a combined staff ofover 100 employees. This role ensures efficient management of calendars, travel, expenses, and eventlogisticswhile serving asa central pointof coordination for two large, cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will:
Administrative and Operational Support (50%)
- Manage complex calendars, proactivelyidentifyingand addressing conflicts
- Coordinate travel, lodging, andlogisticsfor both VPs.
- Prepare, reconcile, andsubmitexpense reports promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in managing sensitive information.
Meeting and Event Coordination (30%)
- Plan and executelogisticsfor in-person meetings and events hosted by AD&D and Psychometrics (e.g., leadership meetings, retreats, SAT review committees, technical advisory sessions, planning workshops).
- Partner with internal teams on event planning, travel coordination, catering, and materials preparation.
- Support virtual and hybrid event facilitation.
Administrative Systems and Communication (20%)
- Maintain shared documentation and templates for meeting scheduling and coordination.
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Director, Division Management, to ensure alignment across leadership calendars and divisional initiatives.
- Support the operations of division initiatives, as needed.
About You
- 2–4 years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders.
- Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Slack,Zoomand expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion, reliability, and professional judgment.
- Collaborative, customer-service mindset; ability to balance priorities across multiple stakeholders.
