Summary

Strategic Account Manager at Lumion drives revenue growth with partner schools by selling new products and expanding existing relationships. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships and maximizing utilization of enrollment and tuition solutions for trade and technical schools.

Key Responsibilities: Drive strategic partnerships, develop partnership roadmaps, identify partner requirements and upsell Lumion solutions, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify growth opportunities. Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders while creating scalable, tailored solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Tools: Sales and account management experience with proven track record of exceeding targets, consultative communication skills, relationship-building expertise, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. Must demonstrate organizational skills, grit, perseverance, self-accountability, and resourcefulness.
Qualifications: Proven sales success with demonstrated ability to drive account growth and develop lasting business relationships. Experience in post-secondary education, trade, or vocational school markets is preferred.

Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000/year

Position: Strategic Account Manager

The Role: We are a fast-growing startup looking for a highly-motivated, sales-minded individual to be the face of Lumion to grow revenue with our current partner schools. Your primary objectives will be to sell new products and expand revenue from our current partner portfolio. Additionally, you will drive maximum utilization of our solutions while educating partners on the value of Lumion to drive enrollment and revenue. You must be self-motivated, set high goals and over-deliver in half the scheduled time. Sales and account management experience is a MUST. Consultative communication skills are essential. Expect a highly-talented, driven, intense and bold team. Your compensation will include equity ownership. 

Employment Type: Full-time, in person in South Jordan, Utah

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic partnerships to foster company growth and market expansion.
  • Develop a comprehensive and collaborative partnership roadmap.
  • Identify partner requirements and proactively upsell Lumion solutions (software and services) to existing partners.
  • Monitor, manage, and support key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Exhibit expert communication skills to effectively communicate with partners and stakeholders.
  • Create and implement scalable solutions tailored to partner needs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to identify growth opportunities within the customer base and strategize with the Net New Sales team on pipeline forecasting.
