Summary

Hybrid School Psychologist role delivering psychological assessments and psychotherapy services to school-aged children nationwide through telehealth. Work within a supportive team-based environment leveraging an innovative platform.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver psychological assessments and psychotherapy services to school-based children via telehealth, collaborate with school instructors and clinical mentors, and complete administrative work from home or in-person as needed.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in video therapy and telehealth assessments, IEP development and implementation, ability to work with diverse school-aged populations, and strong clinical assessment capabilities.
Qualifications: Active, unrestricted School Psychologist license in state of residence, minimum 6 months experience developing and leading IEPs in school settings, and willingness to pursue cross-licensing. National Certification as School Psychologist preferred.
Location: Hybrid (Bowie, Maryland, United States); Nationwide applications accepted for telehealth services during school hours in the timezone of licensed state(s).
Compensation: $35 – $50/hour (on-target earnings as W2 employee; exact compensation depends on skills, geographical location, and qualifications)

Job Description

Currently hiring for full-time, Hybrid, Onsite School Psychologist (SP) in PG County, Maryland.  We are also accepting Nationwide applications for the 24/25 school year!

You will deliver psychological assessment and psychotherapy services to school-based children across the nation, leveraging the power of the internet, utilizing our innovative platform, and all from the convenience and comfort of your own office.

  • Collaborate closely with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding services to children in need.

  • Provide telehealth services to a diverse population of school aged children

The on-target earnings for this role are $35-$50 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid School Psychologist license in your state of residence
  • Nationally Certified School Psychologist (preferred)
  • Experience providing video therapy and assessments
  • At least 6 months of experience developing, implementing, and leading an IEP for students in a school setting
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours, with the option to work up to a maximum of 40 hours per week 
  • Able to conduct telehealth services during school hours in the timezone of the state(s) you are licensed in
  • Willingness to cross-license 
  • Full-time resident of the United States
