Summary

Key Responsibilities: Develops and delivers learning programs through live classroom instruction (in-person and virtual), manages learning projects, and reviews materials for quality and alignment with business objectives. Analyzes program data, provides stakeholder consultation, and reports on learning metrics to inform management decisions.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency in live instruction, project management, training and development, with strong competencies in accuracy and attention to detail, business acumen, problem solving, and managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with less than 1 year of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience. No required certifications or licenses.

Location: Highland Park, Dallas, TX (or Birmingham, AL; Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Downers Grove, IL; Denver, CO). In-office role.

Compensation: $37,000 – $86,250/year based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
