Summary

Join Superhuman as a Business Recruiter to take full ownership of the recruiting funnel from sourcing through onboarding, building diverse teams in a hybrid San Francisco Bay Area role. You'll strategically design and optimize each recruitment stage while partnering with stakeholders to drive outcomes and exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Design and lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for complex roles, build partnerships with hiring managers, architect screening and interview frameworks, and analyze recruiting funnel data to drive continuous improvements. You'll also manage candidate experiences, develop employment branding initiatives, and champion diversity and inclusion efforts across the recruiting journey.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, strong analytical skills for funnel optimization, and passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, pattern-match insights, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with at least 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR. Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments with proactive task management and independent execution.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California, United States (2 days/week in-person required)
Compensation: $152,000 – $209,000/year

The Opportunity

As a Recruiter at Superhuman, you'll take full ownership of our business recruiting funnel, driving outcomes from initial sourcing through closing and onboarding. You'll strategically design and optimize each stage of the recruiting funnel—engaging passive prospects, qualifying candidates, managing interviews, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers at every stage, building collaborative relationships to deeply understand role needs and team culture. Reporting to our Head of Business Recruiting, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to build and sustain critical pipelines that support the growth of our diverse teams and ensure seamless communication and alignment across all recruitment efforts.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for high-priority and complex G&A roles.
  • Build, influence, and maintain deep partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Architect and continually improve screening, assessment, and interview frameworks to ensure efficiency and mitigate funnel drop-off.
  • Analyze and report recruiting funnel data, identifying trends and driving continuous process improvements.
  • Evaluate, calibrate, and elevate candidate experience at every stage for consistency with company values.
  • Strategically develop, own, and amplify employment branding initiatives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced diversity and inclusion efforts across the recruiting journey.
  • Champion cross-team alignment, ensuring seamless stakeholder communication, onboarding, and process excellence from sourcing through hiring.

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. 

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.

Zone 1: Zone 1: $152,000 - $209,000 (USD)
