Summary

Join Padlet as a Product Manager to develop innovative educational software that inspires curiosity and creativity in classrooms worldwide. You'll collaborate with sales, support, and engineering teams to ensure schools successfully adopt Padlet's tools at scale.

Key Responsibilities: Work closely with sales and support teams to understand school administrators' needs, define and ship features for large-scale adoption, and build intuitive administrative tools for roster management, licensing, and compliance. Partner with engineering, design, and customer success to champion the voice of schools and drive adoption and retention.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and communication skills with familiarity of school systems, project management capabilities, and product design expertise. Ability to handle shifting priorities, deliver effective demos, and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Experience working with or for school systems and understanding how they buy and use software is essential. Comfort juggling ambiguous requirements and shifting priorities, with a bonus for strong demo skills and passion for supporting teachers.

Padlet is building software for a good education. A good education is one that inspires curiosity, creativity, and community. Our software enables that through visual content creation and collaboration in millions of classrooms worldwide.

There are some products that are so good, you feel delight using them. You wish you had more problems just so you could use the products more. Think Dyson vacuum cleaner, a faucet with the perfect laminar flow, a sharp knife, WD40.

We aspire to build such products at Padlet, and are looking for a Product Manager to help us fulfill our aspirations.

This is an in-person role in San Francisco.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our sales and support teams to understand the needs of school and district administrators.
  • Define and ship features that make it easier for schools to adopt and manage Padlet at scale.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and customer success to build intuitive administrative tools that drive adoption and retention.
  • Champion the voice of schools inside the company.
  • Build tools that help schools manage rosters, licenses, integrations, and compliance.
  • Enable school leaders to see the value Padlet is bringing to their teachers and students.
  • Help make Padlet the default classroom collaboration tool from kindergarten to college.

  • You’re comfortable juggling ambiguous requirements, shifting priorities, and strong opinions.
