Summary

Partner Solutions Lead at EdVisorly driving customer success and partnership development for AI-powered higher education solutions. This hands-on role blends solution engineering, customer success, and sales enablement to help institutions unlock student success at scale.

Key Responsibilities: Lead product discussions and deliver demos to partners and prospects, serve as primary product expert in sales conversations, and co-lead in-person product kickoffs and workshops with institutional stakeholders. Partner with Implementation and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure seamless adoption, build long-term relationships with customers, and advocate for partner needs to shape product evolution.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of partner-facing experience in solutions engineering, customer success, or sales engineering with confidence demoing technical products to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong consultative and empathetic approach to partner interactions, excellent presentation skills, and demonstrated B2B/enterprise SaaS sales experience.
Qualifications: 5+ years in partner-facing roles with B2B/enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in edtech or higher education. Energized by travel (30-40% required), relationship-building, and working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Location: Remote, United States (30-40% travel required)

We’re Hiring: Partner Solutions Lead

We’re looking for a Partner Solutions Lead to serve as one of the go-to product and partner-facing leads for EddyAI. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our growth — blending AI solution engineering, customer success, and compelling sales storytelling. You’ll partner with institutions, shape go-to-market motion, and ensure EddyAI drives measurable impact for students and schools.


What You'll Own

🔹 Sales & Enablement

  • Act as the primary product expert in partner and prospect conversations.
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact demos that clearly communicate the value and vision of EddyAI.
  • Craft tailored solutions and enablement resources that help the sales team move fast and win big.

🔹 Implementation & Partner Success

  • Partner with Implementation and Solutions Engineering to ensure seamless setup, configuration, and adoption.
  • Co-lead in-person product kickoffs and workshops with enrolment leaders (expect 30–40% travel).

🔹 Ongoing Customer Engagement

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with institutional stakeholders.
  • Share product updates, best practices, and insights to help partners unlock maximum value.
  • Gather feedback and advocate for partner needs to shape the continued evolution of EddyAI.
