Summary
Senior Fellow role at The College Board leading strategy and execution of workforce pathway initiatives through innovative AP career courses. Position focuses on expanding access and equity in postsecondary education and career opportunities for underserved students.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategy for AP career course pathways (AP Business with Personal Finance and AP Cybersecurity), build partnerships with higher education systems, employers, military, and civic organizations, and shape initiatives that remove barriers to access and increase course availability.
Skills & Tools: Strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building, partnership development, expertise in community engagement and postsecondary success pathways, and commitment to educational equity and access.
Qualifications: Master's degree required (PhD or EdD preferred) with 15+ years of professional experience demonstrating exceptional leadership capabilities and expertise in community engagement and postsecondary education.
Location: Fully remote with hybrid options (Tuesday and Wednesday in office) for candidates near College Board offices in New York, United States.
Compensation: $160,000 – $215,000/year
