Gaggle is seeking a Bilingual Remote Mental Health Therapist in Colorado to provide teletherapy services to K-12 students and staff, ensuring mental health support without insurance billing.
Responsibilities: Conduct weekly 45-minute video therapy sessions with clients, focusing primarily on clinical tasks with minimal administrative duties.
Skills: Independent or supervised associate license in mental health counseling (LPC, LCSW, etc.), strong tech skills, and Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
Qualifications: At least 2 years of counseling experience and dual state certification is a plus.
Location: This position is 100% remote and can be performed from any location.
Compensation: $200 / Annually

Responsibilities:
- Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients helping them improve their mental health
- 90% clinical / 10% admin
Requirements:
- Independent license OR supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LPC-A, LSW or similar)
- Strong technology skills
- Must acquire Professional Liability and Bodily Injury coverage prior to taking on clients and have Gaggle listed as Additionally Insured
- Experience working with children in the K-12 age range
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of counseling experience
- Ability to provide therapy services in Spanish
- Dual state certification is a plus!
