Role Snapshot
IT Desktop Support Analyst providing first and second-level technical support to end-users at Watermark, a SaaS provider of assessment software for higher education. The role supports both local and remote employees with desktop, application, and system-related issues.
Skills & Tools: Strong troubleshooting abilities with Mac and Windows systems, hands-on experience with Jira, Okta, and Mobile Device Management solutions, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
Qualifications: Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with ITIL, A+, or other IT certifications. Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 is preferred.
Location: Austin, Texas
Compensation: $60Kβ$70K/yr
