Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Account Executive to join our team, focusing on selling physical security and digital media solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in technology. As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, present our solutions, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our physical security and digital media products to effectively communicate their value and benefits.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to customers.
  • Follow-Up & Closing: Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the physical security and/or digital media industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of physical security systems, digital media solutions, and related technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and compellingly.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
