Role Snapshot
The Impact Manager will lead evaluation and measurement efforts to demonstrate City Year's program outcomes and organizational effectiveness. This role is critical to measuring and communicating the impact of City Year's education initiatives on student success.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement evaluation frameworks, collect and analyze program data, and create reports demonstrating program impact and outcomes. Collaborate with program teams to establish metrics, track progress, and refine interventions based on evidence.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in data analysis, evaluation methodology, and research design; strong communication skills for translating data insights for diverse audiences; experience with program evaluation software and statistical analysis tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as education, public health, social science, or evaluation; 2-3 years of experience in program evaluation, data analysis, or impact measurement in nonprofit or education settings.
Location: Chicago, IL
Compensation: $55Kโ$75K/yr (estimated)
