Bring Our Mission to Life—Every Day

We’re on a mission to transform education—and that mission deserves to be seen, heard, and felt.

We’re looking for a creative, AI-powered Brand & Culture Storyteller to help us share the real stories that make our company extraordinary. From spotlighting team wins and student impact to shaping the voice of our CEO on LinkedIn, you'll bring energy, creativity, and clarity to everything you touch.

This isn’t a stuffy corporate communications job. You’ll be part brand journalist, part culture champion, and part AI content whizz—someone who knows how to create powerful messages and make them travel. If you're looking for purpose-driven work and a place to grow your voice and your career, you just found it.

What You’ll Be Doing

Internal & Cross-Functional Storytelling

  • Write and design engaging company newsletters, create impact snapshots, and mission moments that bring clarity and connection
  • Manage our #Impact Slack channel, sharing wins and keeping our values front and center
  • Collaborate with HR, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to source meaningful stories
  • Develop and manage a streamlined system for helping teams articulate their contributions in ways that resonate, inspire, and align with our mission.

  • Track performance of internal content and refine strategy based on what clicks

  • Partner with Marketing to create public-facing content that showcases family/student success, product wins, and innovation
  • Develop storytelling that builds trust and reinforces our mission on platforms like LinkedIn and company social channels
  • Analyze content performance to continuously improve reach and engagement

AI-Driven Content Creation

  • Use GPT, Claude, Canva AI, Workshop, and other tools to create smarter, faster, better content
  • Stay curious and experimental—your job is to push boundaries and get creative with content creation!

Executive Communications

  • Ghostwrite LinkedIn and X posts, updates, and internal messaging for our CEO & Founder
  • Build and maintain a year-round content cadence that elevates executive presence
  • Support thought leadership opportunities: award nominations, interviews, speaking engagements, and more

HR Communications Support

  • Draft messaging for internal HR updates, culture initiatives, events, and policy changes when needed
  • Ensure tone is clear, inclusive, and aligned with our mission and values

Other Duties As Assigned

  • This is a fast-moving, impact-focused team. You’ll wear a few hats and help shape what this role becomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Skilled, compelling writer with a strong eye for voice, timing, and detail
  • Proven ability to use AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency
  • Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative—you’re the kind of person who takes initiative and runs with it
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and executive-level communications
  • Experience working with national or mission-driven brands is a big plus
  • Bonus: light graphic design or video editing skills (Canva AI) a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism—or the equivalent experience

Additional Requirements

  • Must reside in Phoenix-Metro, Arizona
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional in-person days at our Chandler, AZ headquarters to meet with executives, gather content, and stay connected to the pulse of the organization
  • Comfortable working from home with strong time management, self-direction, and communication skills—you know how to stay plugged in, follow through, and deliver without needing constant oversight

  • You’ll have the creative freedom to experiment, grow, and leave your mark
  • You’ll help shape the voice of a company making a real difference in students’ lives
  • You’ll join a culture that celebrates innovation, collaboration, and big thinking
  • And if you’re someone who leads with kindness, always follows through, values growth while owning your edges, moves fast without cutting corners, and isn’t afraid to speak up when there’s a better way to do something—we’re looking for you!
