Role Snapshot
Lead impact measurement and evaluation initiatives at City Year to assess the effectiveness of AmeriCorps programs serving low-income students. Drive data-driven decision making that demonstrates program outcomes and supports organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement impact assessment frameworks, manage evaluation projects, and produce reports that communicate program results to stakeholders. Collaborate with program teams to collect data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and data visualization abilities with proficiency in evaluation methodologies and statistical analysis. Excellent communication skills to present complex data to diverse audiences and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (data science, statistics, economics, education) or 5+ years of relevant impact measurement experience. Demonstrated experience designing and managing evaluation programs in education or nonprofit sectors.

Compensation: $120Kβ$160K/yr (estimated)
