Summary

Account Executive at Meazure Learning managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients within the Professional Testing sales team, driving revenue retention and generation while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Manage small to medium-sized client accounts for retention and growth, lead contract renewal processes, generate demand by identifying client needs and articulating Meazure Learning's value proposition, and serve as the primary liaison for client deliverables and satisfaction throughout the buying lifecycle.
Skills & Tools: 2-5 years of sales or account management experience, proficiency with Salesforce and sales productivity tools, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a growth mindset with proven sales track record.
Qualifications: 2-5 years of proven experience in a Sales or Account Management role; preferred experience in SaaS or EdTech industry with demonstrated ability to manage accounts and drive revenue through renewals and upsells.

Meazure Learning is seeking to add an Associate Account Executive to our Professional Testing Sales Team!

The Role:

The Account Executive is an important part of Meazure Learning’s Professional Testing sales team with responsibility for managing, renewing, and growing an existing portfolio of clients. The Account Executive should possess sales or account management experience, polished customer service skills and a passion for working with clients. Through your efforts, you will have a direct impact on revenue retention and generation, fueling our growth while laying the foundation for a strong career in B2B account management and sales. 

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of small to medium size clients with responsibility for both retention and growth.
  • Work with clients to grow our business through increased volumes, cross-sell other Meazure Learning products & services, or add additional tests.
  • Lead contract renewal process by working with our Legal team to process new agreements, statements of work, and ensuring standard contract terms and minimums are met.
  • Generate demand by assisting existing clients to identify current needs, and then effectively articulate how Meazure Learning can add value through our services, solutions, and partnerships.
  • Conduct account review meetings with internal team to evaluate the overall status of each account.
  • Be the go-to resource for any client’s needs; ensure that we stay accountable to our clients for any ongoing work, questions, new opportunities, and renewals.
  • Advocate for our testing clients; serve as the internal liaison for client deliverables to all team members within the division.
  • Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process, by taking ownership for the renewal agreement for each client.
  • Champion Meazure Learnings sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast.
  • Other relevant projects, as needed.

The Desired Attributes:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in a Sales or Account Management role.
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales productivity tools. 
  • Proven track record and demonstrated success managing customers and selling. Experience with solution platforms / SAAS / Ed Tech / assessment industry a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across clients, multiple partner relationships and internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining a profound attention to detail.
  • Ability to discern the difference between situations that require escalation, those that require immediate attention without escalation, and those that are important but not immediate.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and strategic foresight.
  • Grit, perseverance, and a strong desire to drive impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
