Stride seeks a skilled DevOps Engineer to enhance CI/CD pipelines through automation solutions with emphasis on security and reliability. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Architect and manage AWS production/development environments, configure CI/CD tools and security analysis systems, and identify automation opportunities for process improvement. Mentor DevOps engineers, define monitoring metrics, and ensure adherence to DevOps standards across development teams.

Skills & Tools: Expertise in AWS, Unix/scripting languages, configuration management, Terraform, CloudFormation, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, BitBucket, Jira). Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience with source code management and troubleshooting in web application environments.

Qualifications: BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years DevOps experience and 4+ years focused on AWS environments. Required: 4 years AWS, 4 years Unix/scripting, 3 years configuration management, 2 years Postgres, 3 years Terraform/CloudFormation, and knowledge of containerization/orchestration.

Location: Virginia

Compensation: $66K–$148K/yr
