Summary

Application Developer role focused on enhancing and supporting Oracle EBS ERP systems through PL/SQL development, API management, and integration solutions. The position requires expertise in Oracle database technologies and plays a critical role in maintaining system stability and driving ERP modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL packages and database objects while supporting EBS APIs for core modules (OM, AR, GL). Lead troubleshooting of production issues, optimize application performance, and collaborate on end-to-end integration solutions using APIs, flat files, and middleware platforms.
Skills & Tools: Strong Oracle EBS application and PL/SQL expertise with hands-on backend development experience; proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, ERP integration patterns, and tools such as TOAD, SQL Developer, and Git. Solid understanding of Oracle data structures, concurrent programs, Unix/Linux shell scripting, and EBS functional modules (GL, AR, OM).
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required with 3+ years of Oracle EBS application development and support experience. Demonstrated expertise in PL/SQL, EBS APIs, Open Interfaces, and functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Order Management modules.

Position Overview

The Application Developer position focuses on the development and support of the company’s Oracle EBS ERP and enterprise business systems. The role requires strong Oracle EBS application and PL/SQL expertise and works closely with business stakeholders, integration teams, and technical leadership to deliver scalable and reliable solutions across core ERP platforms

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support PL/SQL packages, procedures, and database objects in Oracle EBS.
  • Develop and support EBS APIs and Interfaces for Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations using APIs, flat files, and middleware (e.g., Boomi).
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system stability in live environments.
  • Collaborate with business, integration, and reporting teams on end-to-end solutions
  • Contribute to ERP modernization efforts, including platform upgrades, integration, and architectural improvements
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of Oracle EBS application development and support experience with strong Oracle PL/SQL expertise
  • Hands-on Oracle EBS backend development experience
  • Functional development experience with GL, AR, and OM
  • Experience with Concurrent Programs, EBS APIs, and Open Interfaces
  • Solid understanding of Oracle EBS data structures and accounting
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ERP integration patterns
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting
  • Familiarity with tools such as TOAD, ORACLE SQL Developer, Git and VS Code.
