Summary

Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer at BetterUp, responsible for managing complex schedules, facilitating strategic communications, and enabling the CRO to focus on leading the revenue organization and building customer partnerships.

Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting Sales, Revenue, or go-to-market executives, with exceptional organizational skills and resilience in high-paced environments. Must be based in Austin, TX and able to work onsite up to 5 days per week.

This role is expected to be available to work from our Austin, TX office up to 5 days per week. Please ensure you can realistically commit to this structure before applying.

This isn’t your typical Executive Assistant job. As the Senior EA to our Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll be the right hand that makes it possible for a fast-moving CRO to stay focused on what matters most—leading our revenue engine, driving impact, and building deep connections with customers and partners. You’ll manage complexity with calm, see around corners, and run point on the rhythm of an executive who’s operating at scale. It’s a role for someone who thrives on accountability, takes pride in precision, and loves being at the center of meaningful, high-stakes work.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the trusted partner to the CRO, ensuring time, priorities, and commitments are consistently aligned to the highest-value outcomes.
  • Own and orchestrate a highly dynamic calendar spanning the CRO, executive leadership, the go-to-market (GTM) organization, customers, and partners.
  • Partner closely with the CRO’s Chief of Staff to align on strategic priorities and ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare the CRO for critical meetings with agendas, briefing documents, and executive-ready presentation materials.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications with clarity, speed, and accuracy.
  • Plan and manage domestic and international travel; anticipate and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Provide direct support at offsites, customer meetings, and industry events as needed.
  • Leverage AI tools (including ChatGPT) to streamline workflows, draft communications, and surface insights.
  • Navigate sensitive and confidential matters with judgment, discretion, and accountability.

  • Advanced proficiency with Google Suite.

The base salary range for this role is as follows: $120,000 – $148,500
