Executive Assistant supporting the CEO, COO, and Vice President of Enterprise Planning at Western Psychological Services. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities to manage calendars, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks for senior leadership.
Job Description
About the position:
As an Executive Assistant, you will bring strong computer skills (Microsoft Office excellence required), great office skills, the ability to multitask, strong interpersonal abilities, experience in making travel arrangements, running errands, helping plan events, and the flexibility to handle a dynamic workflow. With the guidance and support of our Vice President of Enterprise Planning, you will help assist the CEO, COO, and Vice President of Enterprise Planning with various tasks. You will work closely with many members of the WPS team and provide exceptional support as needed. Your keen skills, positivity, strong work ethic, and collaborative style will help WPS continue to build our strong team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO, COO, and Vice President of Enterprise Planning with various clerical tasks.
- Manage calendars.
- Heavy travel arrangements.
- Manage personal errands for the CEO as needed. This includes running a few local errands (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Field and respond to regular requests from various departments.
- Implement special projects as assigned.
- Communicate and correspond as needed for the team.
- Perform a variety of support duties includeing filing, writing correspondence, expense reports, organizing, etc.
- Manage a mix of Microsoft Office tools (i.e., Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook).
Your Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of office experience is preferred. It is essential that you work diligently and learn quickly.
The following skills and experience are required:
- Well-rounded office experience
- Self-starter
- Exceptional writing skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (typing)
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working at a fast pace
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurance
