Huddle Up is seeking part-time and full-time Hybrid Speech Language Pathologists in Rockville, Maryland, to deliver innovative speech services for the 24/25 school year.

Responsibilities: As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide in-person and remote therapy services to K-12 students, collaborate with educators, and maintain documentation and progress reports.

Skills: Candidates must hold an active SLP license, possess CCCs, and have experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations.

Qualifications: Must commit to 20 hours per week and have reliable transportation; experience with technology is required.

Location: The job is based in Rockville, Maryland, USA, with a hybrid work model allowing remote administrative tasks.

Compensation: $42 - $55 / Hourly

• Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Speech Language Pathology services to children in need
• Develop your skills, career, and expertise with a supportive team-based environment
• Provide face-to-face therapeutic services to a diverse population of school aged children

The on-target earnings for this role are $42-$55 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to commit to 20 hours per week 
• Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence
• Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
• Full-time resident of the United States
• Due to the nature of this role, consistent and reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctual and dependable attendance
• Experience conducting therapy in a school setting, or with the pediatric population
• Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
• Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
• Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
• Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary
