Summary

The Temp - Proposals Coordinator will support proposal management at Curriculum Associates through administrative tasks, ensuring workflow efficiency and maintaining proposal accuracy. The role reports to the Director, Bids and Proposals and plays a crucial role in coordinating meetings, monitoring procurement sites, and organizing proposal-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities: Enter proposals into Ironclad software, extract pricing information from RFPs, coordinate meetings, monitor procurement sites for updates, maintain proposal files on SharePoint, draft summary notes, and assist with catalog bid submissions. The position requires efficient time management and responsiveness to multiple constituencies in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication and organizational skills with proven ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency required in Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and other standard business applications, plus familiarity with proposal processes.
Qualifications: Familiarity with proposal processes and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting established deadlines. Ideal candidates embrace the CA mission and can respond to multiple constituencies with strong attention to detail.

The Temp – Proposals Coordinator is responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks related to proposal management and will play a crucial role in maintaining workflow efficiency. The position reports to the Director, Bids and Proposals.

The impact you'll have: 

  • Enter proposals into Ironclad software ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Extract pricing information from Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and communicate pertinent details to the Deal Operations team.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings related to proposal discussions and strategy sessions.
  • Monitor state and district procurement sites for proposal addenda and updates, ensuring that all required changes are communicated in a timely manner.
  • Save, organize, and maintain proposal-related files on the team SharePoint site to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Draft concise summary notes for submitted proposals, highlighting key points and outcomes.
  • Assist in the completion and submission of catalog bids according to specified requirements.
  • Other relevant duties, as assigned.

Pay – This role’s base pay is $25/hr. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.

Benefits - Temporary and per diem employees who average, and maintain, at least 30 hours of work per week may become eligible for medical coverage, under the Affordable Care Act, after an initial waiting period. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
