Summary

Key Responsibilities: Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline or Rise, create learning content and storyboards from SME inputs, incorporate multimedia and assessments, and ensure SCORM compliance and cross-platform functionality. Conduct quality checks, use Gen AI tools for content support, follow QA processes, and proactively communicate risks or gaps to senior team members.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or Rise, strong written communication and content structuring abilities, familiarity with Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude), basic HTML/SCORM knowledge, and attention to detail. Soft skills include collaboration, receptiveness to feedback, proactive problem-solving, and a growth mindset for continuous learning.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field preferred; early-career professionals with 0-2 years of relevant experience or recent graduates with portfolio work in eLearning are encouraged to apply. Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and enthusiasm for hands-on learning is essential.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Instructional Designer (Early Career) who is ready to build strong, hands-on expertise in eLearning development. In this role, you’ll work within established frameworks and collaborate closely with Senior Instructional Designers and Learning Experience Architects to create engaging, well-structured learning experiences.

This is a structured, growth-focused role designed to help you develop core skills in authoring tools, content development, and instructional design. You’ll contribute to real client work while building the foundation needed to grow into more independent design roles.

What You’ll Do

Build eLearning Modules

Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline or Rise with guidance from senior team members
Apply interactivity, multimedia elements, and assessments aligned to defined learning objectives
Ensure SCORM compliance and cross-platform functionality
Follow templates, design systems, and style guides to maintain consistency
Conduct self-reviews and basic quality checks before submission

Create Learning Content & Storyboards

Translate source materials and SME inputs into structured, easy-to-follow learning content
Support the development of storyboards, scripts, and scenario-based learning
Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately to improve quality

Use Technology & Maintain Quality

Use Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to support content drafting and iteration
Follow established QA processes and checklists to ensure accuracy and functionality
Adhere to defined workflows and timelines
Proactively flag risks, gaps, or issues to senior team members
