Key Responsibilities: Manage legal operations, compliance programs, and regulatory adherence across the organization. Handle contract management, risk assessment, and coordination with legal counsel to support business operations.
Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, legal operations, contract management, and regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field with 3-5 years of legal operations or compliance experience. Familiarity with EdTech or SaaS compliance requirements is advantageous.
