Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.

The Manager Revenue Operations for Billing is tasked with overseeing and optimizing billing operations within a designated region. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of billing processes, while leading a team to execute timely invoicing and resolve discrepancies. The Manager Revenue Operations collaborates with various departments to support seamless financial operations and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong leader with analytical skills and experience in billing management and process optimization to drive operational excellence. Major Responsibilities Conduct variance analysis and investigate discrepancies in billable volumes across locations Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment between billing data, forecasts, and financial targets Oversee the month-end reconciliation process, ensuring accurate billing records before closing periods Act as the primary point of contact for regional billing operations, ensuring smooth communication between billing analysts, finance teams, and operational managers Facilitate discussions with location managers to address high-percentage variances and missing data Escalate unresolved billing discrepancies to senior finance leadership and recommend corrective actions Lead regional billing meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and implement process improvements Minimum Experience or Skills Required 5+ years of experience in billing, finance, or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity Prior experience managing regional billing operations in a multi-location environment preferred Strong analytical skills with expertise in billing systems, variance analysis, and financial reconciliation Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial reporting tools Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring data accuracy and compliance In the state of Washington, all technician and driving positions, including but not limited to van drivers and any other position requiring employees to drive a company-owned vehicle, are considered safety-sensitive and are therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing, including cannabis.
