Summary

Revenue Operations Analyst responsible for optimizing Kami's sales technology stack and processes to enable scalable growth across a high-performing global sales organization. The role serves as the strategic backbone driving operational efficiency, data insights, and sales enablement to maximize revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities: Administer and integrate Salesforce/HubSpot with auxiliary sales tools (Clari, Gong, Outreach), maintain CRM data integrity through audits and validation rules, and develop performance dashboards tracking activity KPIs and pipeline health. Partner with sales leadership on territory mapping and quota setting, lead sales enablement sessions, manage lead scoring and routing logic, and build predictive forecasting models.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot, CRM administration, data analysis, and sales operations tools; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration.

The Opportunity
This RevOps Analyst will be the strategic backbone of a high-growth sales organization, directly influencing our ability to scale Kami’s impact globally. By optimizing the "engine" behind our sales efforts, you ensure that our innovative educational tools reach the classrooms and educators who need them most, furthering our mission to transform the learning experience for millions of students.

You will be architecting the workflows that empower our sales representatives to spend less time on administration and more time building genuine relationships with our customers. The insights you generate will provide the clarity needed to navigate complex market shifts, ensuring that every strategic decision is backed by rigorous analysis, and designing systems that make their day to day more efficient both through technology and enablement.

As a key member of the team, your influence will be felt across the entire company, from improving employee satisfaction through better tooling to drive tangible revenue results that fuel our future product innovations, and help our go to market teams build their go to market toolkit by building up their skills in addition to our technology to amplify their success. What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimize the Sales tech stack by administering tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and integrating auxiliary software such as Clari, Gong or Outreach.
  • Architect and maintain data integrity within the CRM through regular audits, lead-to-account mapping, and the enforcement of validation rules.
  • Develop comprehensive performance dashboards that track real-time metrics including Activity KPIs, Pipeline Health, and Win/Loss ratios.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to design and implement strategic initiatives such as territory mapping, quota setting and performance analysis.
  • Design, organize and lead sales enablement sessions with sales team stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic plays and best practices
  • Facilitate the Marketing-to-Sales handoff by managing lead scoring and routing logic to ensure every MQL is followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Build predictive forecasting models by analyzing historical trends and seasonal data to project monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


What You’ll Bring

  • CRM Expertise and Technical Proficiency: You possess at least 2 to 4 years of experience as a power user or administrator in HubSpot or similar CRMs such as Salesforce. You are comfortable navigating complex back-end settings, creating custom objects, and managing third-party integrations to keep the sales engine running smoothly.
  • Analytical Mindset and Data Storytelling: You have a natural ability to turn raw numbers into a narrative. You are highly proficient in Google Sheets (or MS Excel) and have experience using data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or Hex to help leadership quickly digest trends and performance.
  • Systems Thinking and Problem Solving: You don't just fix symptoms; you look for the root cause. You understand how a change in the sales workflow might impact marketing data or finance reports, and you enjoy the challenge of building scalable processes that benefit the entire organization.
  • Exceptional Communication and Collaboration: You can translate technical CRM jargon into plain English for sales reps and managers. You thrive in a cross-functional environment, acting as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure everyone is aligned on the same revenue goals.
