Summary
Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing at Aceable will architect and execute multichannel strategies across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging to drive customer engagement, conversion, and lifetime value. This role blends creative messaging with analytical rigor to directly impact revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Own full lifecycle marketing strategy and manage a team of lifecycle marketing specialists across multiple channels. Lead copywriting, develop automated customer journeys, run A/B testing, create segmentation strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to optimize campaign performance.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with lifecycle marketing platforms (Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, OneSignal), strong analytical and strategic mindset, expertise in segmentation, journey building, personalization, and behavioral triggers. Blend of creative storytelling and data-driven experimentation with team leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Qualifications: 6+ years in full-funnel customer journey lifecycle marketing or CRM with multichannel program experience, and 3+ years managing and developing a lifecycle/nurturing marketing team. Proven track record of improving customer conversion, retention, and engagement through marketing automation.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States
Compensation: $126,750 – $150,000/year
