Qualifications: Licensed mental health counselor with independent practice credentials; 2+ years of counseling experience preferred. Must obtain Professional Liability and Bodily Injury insurance with Gaggle listed as Additionally Insured prior to client engagement.

Location: Remote (100% remote work from any location; based in Jacksonville, Florida)

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $45,000 – $65,000/year based on title, seniority, and location. (Note: Independent contractor/1099 positions typically offer 20–30% higher hourly rates than W-2 equivalents to account for self-employment taxes and benefits.)

Requirements:
