Summary

Pluralsight is seeking a Paid Media Intern to support their Global Media team on paid media initiatives driving acquisition and brand metrics across multiple business units. This 12-week summer remote internship (May 12 - August 1, 2025) is ideal for current college juniors studying Digital Marketing or related fields.

Key Responsibilities: The intern will support optimization of brand and performance media campaigns across paid search, paid social, and digital media, analyze creative performance and media data to derive insights, and support regular performance presentations to media stakeholders.
Skills & Tools: Candidates should be strategically minded, data-driven, organized, and strong communicators with a passion for following marketing trends and media channels. Experience with documentation, process management, and previous media exposure is preferred but not required.
Qualifications: Applicants must be current college juniors pursuing an undergraduate degree in Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field at an accredited institution. Previous media exposure is a plus but not required.

Job Description:

This is a paid 12-week summer internship position from May 12 - August 1, 2025.

It’s an exciting time at Pluralsight! During your internship you will support the Global Media team on a variety of paid media initiatives aimed at driving acquisition and brand metrics across multiple business units. If understanding how media channels interact and drive performance, learning how to evaluate creative asset impact, and strategic data-driven decision making interests you then you will have the opportunity to learn from a group of passionate marketers seeking to drive growth for Pluralsight!

  • A current junior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Digital Marketing, Media or related field at an accredited university or college.

What you’ll do:

  • Support brand and performance media campaign optimization as you rotate through paid search, paid social, and digital media for B2C and B2B customers + an introduction to SEO
  • QA media campaigns to ensure accuracy
  • Analyze creative performance to derive insights that drive additional engagement / conversion
  • Analyze media data to identify performance opportunities and optimizations
  • Support regular performance presentations to media stakeholders

Experience you’ll bring:

  • You are a consumer-at-heart and love following marketing trends and strategies
  • You have experience with staying organized and ensuring everything is documented and clear for other stakeholders
  • Bonus points if you’re an avid media consumer and use all the platforms you can access
  • Previous media exposure a plus

The rate for this role is $20.00 USD per hour. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
