Design and develop engaging instructional content and learning experiences for Western Governors University's online programs. This role ensures educational materials are effective, accessible, and aligned with institutional standards and learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Create course materials, learning modules, and assessments; collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to translate content into engaging instructional design; evaluate and improve existing courses based on learner feedback and performance data.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in instructional design principles, learning management systems (LMS), and authoring tools; strong project management, communication, and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field with 2+ years of instructional design experience; experience with online learning environments and ADDIE or similar instructional design models preferred.
