Summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Learning Management Systems Administrator to implement, manage, and optimize their enterprise LMS to support company-wide learning initiatives. This role ensures seamless system performance, user engagement, and integration with other enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Implement and oversee daily LMS administration including system configuration, user access management, and troubleshooting. Manage course uploads, learning paths, certifications, and provide end-user support while monitoring system performance and data integrity.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level LMS administration with proficiency in SCORM, xAPI, SSO, and APIs. Strong reporting and analytics capabilities using tools like Power BI or Tableau, combined with excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, HR, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of enterprise LMS administration. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo, or Moodle.
Location: Remote or any US-based Vantage Data Centers location
Compensation: $125,000 – $135,000/year

Description:

  • This role can be based in any of our US locations or based remotely in the US.
  • We are seeking a highly skilled LMS Administrator to implement, manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) to support enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
  • This role will be responsible for system implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, user management, reporting, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees.
  • Collaborate with L&D leadership, stakeholders, and P&C systems operations teams to implement a new LMS for Vantage.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the LMS, including system configuration, user access, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ensure seamless integration of the LMS with other enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, Talent Management Systems, Content Providers, and Single Sign-On).
  • Manage course uploads, learning paths, certifications, and compliance training requirements.
  • Provide end-user support and training for learners, managers, and content developers.
  • Monitor system performance, user engagement, and data integrity, ensuring a smooth learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HR, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience administering an enterprise LMS (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo, Moodle, etc.)
  • Expertise in SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
  • Strong understanding of SSO, APIs, and LMS integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of compliance training requirements (e.g., OSHA, GDPR, SOC 2).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to support end users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
