In this role, you’ll drive the execution of marketing campaigns and engagement strategies, maintain data accuracy, and support the seamless operation of tools and systems that drive our learner engagement efforts. How you will create impact (key responsibilities):
- Own the development of multi-channel learner engagement campaigns by coordinating and ensuring the on-time completion of Design, Content, and Lifecycle tasks, ensuring they meet all requirements of the brief as directed by the Learner Engagement lead.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on campaign deliverables and communications to maintain high standards and consistency with Corporate Partner guidelines.
- Prepare and compile data for reporting utilizing existing dashboards and templates, enabling senior team members to analyze performance.
- Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation to ensure clarity and usability for the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational Learner Engagement efforts with strategic priorities.
