Role Snapshot

The LMS Administrator provides day-to-day operational and administrative support for SAP SuccessFactors LMS, focusing on course setup, enrollments, troubleshooting, and reporting for Commercial training. This 3-month contract role reduces turnaround time for training requests and improves learner experience across high-volume operations.

Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain training items, curricula, and learning plans in SuccessFactors LMS; configure assignment rules and manage enrollments, completions, and approvals. Troubleshoot user access and assignment issues, generate compliance reports, serve as point-of-contact for Commercial stakeholders, and maintain documentation and job aids.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors LMS reporting and troubleshooting; strong customer support and communication skills with ability to manage multiple requests accurately. Requires attention to detail, collaboration abilities, service-minded orientation, and familiarity with SCORM/AICC packaging.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of equivalent LMS/application support experience; hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and troubleshooting common LMS issues. Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven environments and awareness of GxP expectations for learning records is preferred.

Title: LMS Administrator

Location: King of Prussia, PA / Open to remote candidates

Duration: 3 months Pay Rate: $35.00 - $43.60/hour

Overview

  • The LMS Administrator provides day?to?day LMS operational and administrative support for Commercial within SAP SuccessFactors LMS.

  • The role focuses on course and curricula setup, assignment profiles, enrollments, troubleshooting, reporting, and documentation.

  • Supports high?volume LMS operational demand, helping to reduce turnaround time for Commercial training requests and improve the learner experience.

  • Collaborates with Commercial Training leads and site or functional LMS administrators, working within established governance and processes to support consistent learning administration.

Responsibilities

Administration of the Global Learning Management System (75%)

  • Create, update, and maintain training items, curricula, and learning plans in SuccessFactors LMS.

  • Configure and maintain assignment rules and target audiences for Commercial learners.

  • Support course/session setup and manage enrollments, completions, equivalencies, and approvals.

  • Process and track requests via ServiceNow or SharePoint tracking tools; escalate more complex system or access issues to HRIS/IT or enterprise LMS teams as needed.

  • Troubleshoot common user access, assignment, and completion issues, providing clear guidance to end users and training leads.

  • Generate standard compliance and completion reports and support data extraction and validation using Excel.

Stakeholder Support for Commercial (15%)

  • Serve as a responsive point?of?contact for Commercial stakeholders, supporting learning administration requests under the guidance of Commercial Training leads.

  • Assist with the deployment of new learning initiatives (e.g., curricula launches or campaign?based assignments) to ensure smooth LMS execution.

  • Communicate request status, timelines, and impacts to help deliver a consistent learner experience across Commercial audiences.

Governance, Documentation, and Continuous Improvement (10%)

  • Follow and apply Commercial SOPs, work instructions, naming conventions, and metadata standards.

  • Maintain job aids and knowledge articles to support repeatable execution and audit readiness.

  • Participate in administrator forums or working groups to stay aligned with standards, share updates, and suggest incremental process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of related LMS or application support experience may be considered in place of a degree.

  • Hands?on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors LMS; exposure to Plateau LMS components preferred.

  • Experience troubleshooting common LMS issues related to user access, assignments, and completions.

  • Familiarity with regulated or compliance?driven environments; awareness of GxP expectations for learning records is a plus.

  • Proficiency with SuccessFactors LMS reporting and data quality practices.

  • Working knowledge of content object and item creation in SuccessFactors LMS.

  • Strong customer support skills with the ability to manage multiple requests accurately and communicate clearly with end users.

  • General knowledge or awareness of SCORM/AICC packaging and testing (hands?on experience preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools.

  • Experience using ServiceNow and/or SharePoint/Teams for request tracking or documentation.

  • Experience supporting field?based or geographically distributed learner populations.

Additional Information

  • Candidates able to work onsite up to 3x per week in King of Prussia, PA are preferred.

  • Fully remote candidates will be considered if physically located in the Eastern or Central time zone

  • Schedule: Standard business hours with some flexibility, aligned with the Eastern time zone, with occasional need to attend early morning meetings with colleagues in Europe.

  • Anticipated End Date: 7/31/26
