Summary

Virtual Speech Language Pathologist delivering SLP services to school-based children across the nation via telehealth. Support students' communication development in a flexible, technology-enabled environment with clinical mentorship.

Key Responsibilities: Provide telehealth speech language pathology services to diverse school-aged children and develop, implement, and lead IEPs for students. Collaborate with school instructors and clinical mentors to deliver outstanding clinical care using proprietary tools and online assessments.
Skills & Tools: Video therapy delivery and telehealth service proficiency; IEP development, implementation, and leadership; ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment; willingness to pursue cross-licensing.
Qualifications: Active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in state of residence with at least 6 months of school-based IEP experience. Must be a full-time US resident capable of conducting telehealth services during school hours in licensed state timezone.

Compensation: $38.00 – $47.00/hour

We are currently hiring virtual speech language pathologists (SLP), and accepting applications for the 24/25 school year!

The on-target earnings for this role are $38-$47 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence
  • Experience providing video therapy
  • At least 6 months of experience developing, implementing, and leading an IEP for students in a school setting
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours, with the option to work up to a maximum of 40 hours per week 
  • Able to conduct telehealth services during school hours in the timezone of the state(s) you are licensed in
  • Willingness to cross-license 
  • Full-time resident of the United States
