Role Description
This is a contract, remote-based role for an Associate Consultant/Corporate Trainer Trainee. The individual in this role will assist in delivering training sessions, developing content, analyzing dealership performance data, and providing real-time consulting support. Responsibilities include working closely with clients to identify growth opportunities, preparing materials for training programs, and conducting virtual or on-site sessions tailored to client needs. The role requires effective communication, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate learning and engagement effectively.
• Experience in business consulting, performance analytics, or professional training preferred.
• Proficiency in creating training materials, presentations, and written content.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for clients to improve operations and performance.
• Organizational and time management skills to balance multiple projects in a remote, client-driven environment.
• Knowledge or experience in the motorcycle and powersports industry is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to travel for in-person training programs or client engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
