Your Role:

As Vice President, you will:

  • Lead day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and performance management across all local Head Start programming
  • Manage a senior leadership team and 200+ staff, setting a clear vision and culture of accountability
  • Serve as the external face of Acelero Learning in the community, forging partnerships and representing us with stakeholders and agencies
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including the Head Start Performance Standards
  • Leverage data to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and community impact
  • Oversee fiscal, facility, and operational effectiveness while identifying opportunities for revenue growth
  • Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative culture rooted in equity and excellence

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (ideally in business, education, or related field)
  • Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience, including managing large teams and multi-site operations
  • Demonstrated strength in organizational leadership, change management, and data-informed decision-making
  • Deep commitment to equity, early childhood education, and outcomes for children and families
  • Experience with Head Start or family-focused services is a strong plus

When/Where/How Much:

  • When: February 2026
  • Where: (Travel required up to 30% locally or nationally for meetings as required)
  • How Much: The salary range for this position is $135,000 – $145,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience
