Summary: Transfr is looking for an Account Coordinator to support a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts. This role is critical to ensuring smaller, high-volume accounts receive fast, accurate, and professional service, while enabling Account Managers to focus on growth and strategic work.

You’ll act as the operational backbone of the team, owning core administrative and coordination workflows across quoting, CRM management, and customer communication.

This is an entry-level role designed for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in account management, customer success, or sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process customized quotes and renewals for timely delivery 95+ days in advance of renewal dates

  • Maintain accurate account data and deal tracking in Salesforce

  • Monitor and triage inbound customer requests, escalating when needed

  • Support Account Manager by handling administrative and operational tasks

  • Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, operations, or administrative role

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a process driven mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Success Metrics

  • Timely submission of quotes

  • High-quality support and response to customer inquiries

  • Correct identification of upsell opportunities for Account Manager to engage

  • Customer satisfaction and relationship longevity

What We Offer:

The hourly rate for this position is $20-$25 per hour, with working hour of 4-5 hours/day with a duration of a 6 month contract.
